We manufacture our HPLC frits chromatographic-grade 316 stainless steel and offer sizes to fit most column and pore sizes. These frits protect HPLC (high pressure/performance liquid chromatography) columns from particulate contamination and distribute dissolved samples evenly for optimal column performance. To choose the correct frit, check its pore size compatibility with the particle size of the packing in the column. If the packing has a smaller particle size than the pore size of the frit, the packing can clog the frit.

Replacement frits are available in PTFE or PE and a range of pore sizes, enabling you to select the most appropriate bed supports for your application. Match the column ID to select the correct frit.
